Engineering for health uses a wide range of skills to tackle societal challenges in disease prevention, diagnostics, therapeutics and rehabilitation. This interdisciplinary field combines medicine, biology and engineering to find affordable and sustainable solutions in response to an aging society. In collaboration with clinics, research results are translated into novel methods and technologies that improve health and medical care.
